- Poolpflege & Reinigung: Kristallklares Wasser und wochentliche Werte-Kontrolle, Check und Reinigung

- Weekly Property Check: Full inspection of all rooms, windows & doors for damage, dampness, and pests. Checking electrical trip switches, flushing pipes (prevents odors), watering plants, emptying the mailbox & a detailed photo report sent to your phone.
- Pool Care & Cleaning: Crystal-clear water and regular testing of water levels.
- Garden & Patio Care: Mowing lawn as needed and leaf-free terraces.

The price of €399 plus IVA applies to a house size up to 150 m², a pool size up to 8 x 4 x 1,20 m (38 m³) and a lawn area up to 100 m². For larger properties, we will gladly provide a custom quote.

Mantenimiento semanal premium para casa, piscina y jardín en el norte de Mallorca.
- Control semanal de la vivienda: Inspección de habitaciones, ventanas y puertas (daños, humedades y plagas). Control de cuadro eléctrico, dejar correr agua en grifos (evita olores), regar plantas, vaciar buzón e informe fotográfico detallado en su móvil.
- Mantenimiento de piscina: Agua cristalina y control de niveles químicos.
- Cuidado de jardín y terrazas: Césped cortado según crecimiento y terrazas libres de hojas.

El precio de 399 € más IVA es válido para una vivienda de hasta 150 m², una piscina de hasta 8 x 4 x 1,20 m (38 m²) y una zona de césped de hasta 100 m². Para propiedades más grandes, preparamos una oferta personalizada.

- Filter & Körbe: Leeren und Säubern der Skimmer- sowie der Pumpenkörbe.
- Wasseranalyse: Präzise Messung und professionelle Dosierung der Werte (Chlor, pH-Wert).
- Technik-Check: Überprüfung der Pumpe, Kontrolle der Filterlaufzeiten und Rückspülen (Backwash).
- Chemie-Besorgung: Beschaffung von Poolchemie und sichere Lagerung direkt bei Ihnen vor Ort. (Abrechnung der Zeit nach Aufwand, Materialrechnung zahlbar direkt nach Besorgung).

- Water Analysis: Precise testing and professional dosing of pool chemicals (chlorine, pH levels).
- Technical Check: Monitoring the pump, filtration timers, and regular backwashing.
- Chemical Supply: Procurement of pool chemicals and secure storage directly on site. (Time billed based on actual effort, material invoice payable immediately after procurement).

- Análisis del agua: Medición precisa y dosificación profesional de los productos químicos (cloro, pH).
- Control técnico: Revisión de la bomba, tiempos de filtración y lavado del filtro (backwash).
- Suministro de productos: Compra de productos químicos y almacenamiento seguro en su propiedad. (Tiempo facturado según el esfuerzo, factura del material abonable inmediatamente tras la compra).

- Dampness Check: Inspecting walls, ceilings, and basements for water leaks, mold, or dampness.
- Utilities & Power: Checking the main fuse box (especially after storms) and ensuring key appliances are running correctly.
- Plumbing Care: Flushing all taps and toilets to prevent stagnant water, odors, and pipe deposits.
- Pest Control: Early detection of ant trails, wasp nests, or other typical island pests.
- WhatsApp Report: Emptying the mailbox and sending the detailed digital photo report via WhatsApp immediately after each inspection.
